How do I login to my EVO back office?
  1. To register for your new account access, go to https://fitteam.myvoffice.com/and click on the ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom.
  2. Enter your FITTEAM ID and the email address associated with your FITTEAM account.
  3. You should receive an email within an hour with a clickable link to complete your registration and create a password for your account. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
  4. Log in with your FITTEAM ID number and the password you created at https://fitteam.myvoffice.com/
  5. Upon logging in you will be able to update your personal information and edit and view your loyalty orders.

**If you do not know your FITTEAM ID, check your email inbox for the FITTEAM original welcome email. In that email, you will find your ID number.

How do change or update my password?

To reset your password please visit https://fitteam.myvoffice.comand select “forgot password” then enter your ID and email address. Once completed you will get an email sent to your inbox in which you can open to reset your password.

Where can I locate when my next loyalty order will ship?

To locate when your next loyalty order will ship please follow the instructions below:

  • Login to your EVO account at https://fitteam.myvoffice.com
  • Select Manage Loyalty from the drop-down menu selection
  • Once you have selected Manage Loyalty you will be able to change or edit the shipment you can do this by selecting ‘Change’ then selecting ‘Edit Shipment’

To find this information log in to your account then select ‘Manage Loyalty Order’ this is where you will find the scheduled date. If you wish to change or edit the shipment you can do so by selecting ‘change’ then selecting ‘edit shipment’. *Please keep in mind customers can only change a schedule shipping date 30 days out from their previous order. If you wish to schedule your order out past 30 days, you must contact customer service.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you are able to cancel your account at any time. However, if you wish to cancel your account prior to your next loyalty order please be sure to submit your request at least 3 business days prior to your order process date.

How do I cancel my Account?

Accounts can only be canceled by contacting Customer Service. This cancelation request to customer service can be submitted by sending an email or calling Customer Service. Please note that your cancellation request must be received 3 business days prior to when your loyalty order is set to process. How do I find my Customer ID?

When you created an account with FITTEAM you received a welcome email. In that welcome email is where you can locate your FITTEAM Customer ID. If you are unable to locate this email you can always request your Customer ID from Customer Service at any time.

How do I update my account with a new address?

When updating your account with a new address, it is important to remember it must be updated in both your account and loyalty order.

To update your account mailing address, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your EVO account at https://fitteam.myvoffice.com

Step 2: Select ‘My Account’ from the main drop-down menu

Step 3: Select edit mailing address

Step 4: Input the desired address

Step 5: Once the address is showing as desired select the blue button that says UPDATE ADDRESS

To update the address on your loyalty order, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your EVO account at https://fitteam.myvoffice.com

Step 2: Proceed to the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: From this drop-down menu select “Manage Loyalty Orders”.

Step 4: Then select “Change” and you will be prompted to a screen where these changes can be made.

Step 5: Select ‘Change shipping information’ and input the desired address

Step 6: Once the address is showing as desired select the blue button that says update address

Step 7: Now that you have updated the address you must save the changes you have made to your loyalty order by selecting the red button that says CLICK TO SAVE CHANGES

I can’t log in to my account, what should I do?

The first step is to check the site you are trying to access, you want to be sure you are trying to log in at https://fitteam.myvoffice.com. To login, you will need your FITTEAM Customer ID and Password. If you are not sure what your Customer ID we ask that you reference your initial welcome email from FITTEAM. If you are unable to locate this email we suggest you call Customer Service.

How do I make changes to my loyalty order?

Step 1: Login to your EVO account.

Step 2: Proceed to the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: From this drop-down menu select “Manage Loyalty Orders”.

Step 4: Then select “Change” and you will be prompted to a screen where these changes can be made.

How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card information please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your EVO account.

Step 2: Proceed to the drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3: From this drop-down menu select “Manage Loyalty Orders”.

Step 4: Select “change payment”. At this screen you can now input your new credit information. It is important to delete any invalid or expired credit cards to prevent issues in processing payment.

Step 5: Select “Save Changes”

Where do I submit Opportunity Overview, Transformation Tuesday, and Super Saturday event flier requests?

You can submit any flyer request to: FitteamFiles.com.

Where do I submit progress (before and after) photos for branding?
